Football fans hate the idea of the NFL possibly being rigged. You’d like to think there isn’t anything dirty going on behind the scenes, and that the league just wants all games to be played out and determined by the teams themselves.
But hey, FIFA was exposed for its corruption and match fixing. And with so many terrible officiating calls in the NFL over the years, ya can’t help but wonder if the NFL is rigged too sometimes.
Today we present 10 times where we thought the NFL was completely rigged.

Actually, it was a fumble even as written by the Tuck Rule as the Forward Pass pass ended the moment Brady brought the ball back and clutched it with BOTH hands against his chest. If you look at the photo above, he has brought the ball back to his body and is clutching it with both hands when Woodson strips it from him.

When I discovered that the most secretive aspect of the NFL is that which pertains to officiating, it really changed how I saw the league and how I saw the game. The NFL has 'Jordan rules' which apply to select owners, teams, coaches, and players.

The way I see it, the NFL does this a lot like the WWE does their thing. You have your heroes like hulk Hogan, stone cold, etc. Like the Steelers, Packers Patriots etc. Then you have your jobbers that lose all the time like the lions, browns Jets and what not. I mean it can't be a coincidence that these lower tier teams ALWAYS seem to get hosed by the officials.

Super Bowl 55 has topped Super Bowl 40 as the worst officiated Super Bowl of all time. Just in the 1st half, the Chiefs were penalized 8 times for 95 yards while the Bucs were penalized just 1 time for 5 yards. There were constant horrendous calls that went against the Chiefs that gift-wrapped the Bucs 14 points. In those other games, at least the refs were more subtle in their biased officiating with bad calls here and there spread out throughout the entire game. In Super Bowl 55, the refs were so blatantly obvious during the second quarter that they didn't even hide the fact that they were rigging the game with an avalanche of horrendous calls against the Chiefs. It was ridiculous and an embarrassment to the NFL. The only reason the Bucs had a commanding 21-6 lead at halftime was because of the horrendous officiating. The refs made an 100% clear statement that there was no way they were going to let Brady lose or the Chiefs win. I turned off this rigged atrocity at halftime. Millions of other people did the same. This years's Super Boiwl justifiably is the lowest-rated in the last 15 years. Every real football fan was disgusted by what they saw and the NFL deserves to be punished for so obviously rigging this year's Super Bowl. It is now easily the worst officiated Super Bowl, ever.

The 2012-2013 NFC Championship game. San Francisco had a 3 and 1. They were penalized for delay of game after 32 seconds. The clock is supposed to be 40 seconds, thus influencing the offense to pass because it was now 3 and 6. The call influenced the game, in fact, Seattle received many favorable and controversial calls. The previous game was suspicious. The Seahawks seemed to receive several bad calls in the favor when the played The Saints and I am sure that people wonder how Shane Graham missed routine field goals. They would have had the chance for a game winning field goal without the bad penalities and kicking. In closing, I believe the number 3 choice should have been number 1. However, I believe that "back fired". Most of the supporters for other teams did not want to see the Patriots win nor The Rams. I think the selective decisions during the NFC Championship game upset many would be viewers.

As a Seahawks fan, I’ll admit, that game had terrible officiating. The call you mentioned along with the running into the kicker call really effected that game. A lot of people point out that Seattle received a 60 second play clock in the fourth quarter due to a ref resetting the play clock 20 seconds late. In defense of Seattle, San Francisco received a 60 second play clock of their own in the first quarter with 7:08 on the game clock. This was also due to a ref resetting the play clock 20 seconds late. But yeah, that game had some pretty bad calls. With that being said, kaepernick threw two pretty costly picks late that people tend to ignore. Overall it was a pretty great game though.

Eagles vs Texans this year. The new roughing the qb rule may be dumb, but compared to Tom Brady’s call vs the chiefs, nick foles deserved some love from the refs. I have been a fan of the Atlanta Falcons since 1976. After watching them loose over and over due to calls made against them I started to see how the games were fixed. Today after watching Tom Brady just throw a pass to the ground for NO reason and then Greenbay go for the field goal instead of the touchdown and then not going for the onside kick after making the field goal made me realize I was right. That is why I am here watching this video. I finally give up on the NFL now that I know they are an entertainment sport instead of a competitive sport.

I was at that game, and I'm a Packer fan. I wasn't close, but at first I thought he caught it. Then, on the replay, I could see the ball bouncing around when he hit the ground and I said, "Oh, no he didn't." The problem was he tried to stretch for the end zone and didn't make it. Had he crossed the line, it would have been a TD (imo), but since he didn't, the Calvin Johnson rule came into effect.
