Ostuni-Gallipoli-Monopoli-Polignano a Mare-Fasano-Lecce-Brindisi is my favourite triangle in puglia. Beautiful beaches, great food and drinks all provided by people that know how to live very close to heaven, while firmly rooted to their home soil.

We are big fans of your channel. We eagerly await each episode. Your production, cinematography, and humor is really unique. Keep that the focus of your channel. Please avoid using all the vapid overused real estate salesmen speak though, it ruins it. Don’t use corny empty words like ‘stunning, absolutely, prestigious’, they are over used and make you sound like a cheap real estate hustler. Instead trust what you are doing, keep the focus on your unique style, it’s already superior to what any channel offers and doesn’t need that tacky language. Excited for the next episode. In general , realtors use this completely overused real estate jargon, which is totally annoying . Marco did not use it this time, but the word ‘cozy’ ( when they really mean ‘small’) gets to me every time. But I really find Marco does such a wonderful , high quality description of the properties, and he certainly doesn’t sound like a ‘cheap real estate hustler ‘.

It’s a beautiful home, I was lucky I found my dream home one of 4 apparently in Australia with internal views of the ocean the bay and the CBD at night… from all around the house and over looking a local golf course. That will never be built out… and have those views interrupted. ❤ nice video..

welcome! you would be among the first Australian to come over here just a little note, the house are small since it was very hard to obtain permission to build a home, and now it's end of game for new houses to be built in that zone (which is a natual park and no more home will be built) ciaoo!

I’ve found the same in my research , as a us citizen it’s difficult to move to Italy without a way to qualify for a visa. I’m saving up to buy a home in Italy now, but I expect that I’ll have to fly back the us every 3 months and stay away for 3 months, meaning I have to maintain a home in the country here even if I buy there

The second house has such beautiful views but it is very generic. The first house has the soul of Italy, I would forgo the sea to have a place that my heart loves. After all a quick bicycle/vespa ride gets you there.

They are both beautiful properties, but I like the second one best because of its proximity and view of the sea. I guess the location dictates the price, but the fact the second is twice the price of the first, which is much much larger, is really strange. A presto ciao! 😊😊
