I'm 72 and have never been sick of flu or colds, diarhea, or viral infections for almost 40 years now. Never had problems with high blood pressure ( I eat sliced raw garlic with tomato salad), I drink ginger tea, green tea, eat bananas & guavas, eat grapes with the skin, and yes, eat cooked cacao with oats. Natural food is always better - no side effects.

Good to know. My mom has Covid and she’s been eating grapes that I bought for her at Costco lol, she drinks 3-4 cups of green and turmeric tea everyday and getting lots of sun. Also boiling water with Vicks in it does the trick for her. She eats tons of oranges as well. Happy to share that she’s getting better everyday. 🙂

@@jeanneish7586 ,,, Eucalyptus oil is even more effective in steaming than Vicks. Also,,, put a tip on your nose and neck. I treated my wife after she got infected badly. Garlic tea ( organic) , tumeric, ginger, orange peels, red onions, lime juice were boiled all at once and drank often daily.

While I was in ICU for c-vid pneumonia all I had for bfast, lunch and dinner was a cup of grapes, a cup of strawberries and a cup of cantaloupe, a cup of tea with lemons and honey, cicken noodle soup and Ensure. I found that the more I ate grapes and cantaloupe I was feeling better. I would drink my tea with lots of lemon juice and would also eat the lemons with the skin included. I got discharged after 9 days. While the drs were so surprised of my improvement as I was about to be intubated.😔 At home, I eat Mangostean, which contains a lot of antioxidants, xanthones anti- inflamatories. I eat Dragon fruit, papaya, pineaple, collard greens, beet, radishes, lots of veggies. Im on my 3rd week of recovery and feeling good. God's purpose for us to be eating His natural produce has a real meaning! Thank God for His creation!

I had covid for 3 days and felt awful today was the 4th day and i was still feeling dreadful all day then early evening my shopping was delivered. I drank 3 cups of green tea with honey, atwe half a bar of 90% dark chocolate and a whole box of red grapes and i feel noticeably better, still got slightly irritated sinuses a tiny tickly cough but compared to how I felt before I consumed these products I feel so much better

Did nothing for me. I was sick for 19 days straight. Went to the ER twice. I was taking these 3 vitamins and vitamins C. Doctor said they are not a cure and won't harm but won't do anything to help

Add avocado, very rich in zinc plus broccoli/spinach. Eating avocado prevent some kinds of cancer and good for our eyes and will kill bad cholesterol. Found out that red/black grapes are better than green ones for your heart. Avocado is not guacamole to Asian people. It is a nutritious fruit.

My wife and I are in our 60’s. Everyday we take extra C, D, garlic, zinc, a multivit/mineral, probiotics, walk four miles each day, and drink at least six cups of various teas a day. We both recently got an IgG antibody test: Results showed elevated antibodies to the nucleocapsid protein of the Covid virus, which means we had or were at the very least exposed. Never had a single symptom, thank God.

@@whitneytravels Well besides my multivitamin, vitamin D and zinc, everyday I juice Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Mustard Greens, Turnips and my mixed berries. At times I'll make carrot juice. These are things that I do to keep my immune system built up. I still eat junk food at times or a good burger or other unhealthy foods but I incorporate this into my body everyday plus I drink alot of water. This is the remedy plus more that even most doctor's won't tell you. I believe and know that most cures if not all are in the greens, berries, herbs etc.

@@parisgirl3090 Organic is always best but not necessary if its going to eat your pockets. Just focus on juicing greens or eating alot of greens. I prefer to juice. Incorporate berries, carrots, etc. Drink alot of water too. There are a number of health foods to build immunity and to keep you living a long healthy life. Do your research and act accordingly. People who get vaccinated should be doing this too but it is what it is. Have a blessed day Paris.

@@esperanzayoshizoe3703 Try grape juice🧃...100% Kedem is a good brand. Comes in plastic or glass bottles. One place I've found it is at Walmart. It's in aisle 11 at the bottom of shelf where I shop. They also have individual bottles for .99cents if you want to try. The taste of this brand is one of my favorites. Grape Seed Extract (or complex) is in a pill form if you want to get benefits of the grape, as well. Take it with a little butter (on toast) or peanut-butter for better absorption.🍇

I watched this about grapes, dark chocolate and green tea. I had my sister pick up these three things. Just before I started doing the grapes as was said to chew the skin and eating the dark chocolate I had gravers as high as 101.9. That was several hours ago. Just checked my temperature and it has dropped to 99.1. I will post updates as time goes on. Still need to do the green tea.

Been on vitamin d for (3) years on zinc for (1) I also have always eaten natural fruits forever. I eat organic food. Learn how to grow your own produce, that’s not gmo and handled by so many hands before you consume it. I have always added old school red Lysol to our laundry plus I was my child clothes separated rom mines. Drink water pleaseeeeee. It’s the number one key to health. Eat probiotic yogurt. When my family and i were afflicted with covid19 in apr 2020, we just took paracetamol for fever, drank hot calamansi juice, turmeric/ginger tea which we call salabat in Filipino. Though not well myself, i cooked a lot of soup based dish like sinigang, tinola, sopas. We also ate lots of fruits like apple, ponkan, and others. Aside from daily exercises and breathing exercises, we also prayed a lot especially the holy rosary. Thank God we all recovered and were not hospitalised. We were not vaccinated then but now all five of us are vaccinated.

There are many more that combat them too - not just those that the almighty media (sarcasm) allows to be promoted. Onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric, ginger, high vitamin C foods, probiotic foods like kimchi and natural sauerkraut, vitamin A foods like spinach and carrots, honey, pineapple juice to help with coughing, plus zinc and vitamin D supplements (along with vitamin K2 foods, like those fermented vegetables, milk kefir - and Swiss, Gouda, or other natural cheeses - are among those that help. A lot. Also, Covid hates hot drinks.

I’ve had COVID-19 for about a week now and I’m feeling a lot better. Smell is finally coming back thanks to the smell therapy I’m taking with essential oils. What I’ve been taking is ginger/green tea with honey and lemon juice, n-acetyl cysteine, vitamin d3, zinc, vitamin c, and quercetin. Never thought of grapes though, and didn’t think of any petrochemicals that could play antiviral properties. That’s very interesting!

Proper Diet and adequate exercise is the key to longevity. A diet full of the proper nutrients will help your body fight off Covid as well as other viruses and diseases such as cancer. My Grandmother lived with cancer for over 30 years after she was diagnosed with cancer without meds or Chemo. She watched her diet and exercised. She did eventually pass away from cancer after 30+ years. To many people eat way to much processed food. We need to monitor what we put in our bodies.

Wow! This is the first i saw this video! I'm 65 yrs old and wonder why i haven't gotten COV2 yet? But after watching this video and what I'm about to say, is there a connection. I'v been drinking home brewed organic green tea, but as iced tea no sugar, no cream for the last 10 yrs. 3 to 6 plastic water bottle size (16 oz,) a day. I eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. On and average, I eat grape at least once a month for a whole week. Ironically, my wife is addicted to Dark Chocolate, and she hasn't had COV2 either. Is there a connection?

Im glad i been drinking yerba mate since 2013. Yerba mate also contains high amounts of flavonoids and phytochemicals and also contains 24 vitamins and minerals and 15 amino acids. Yerba mate is also stronger than green tea cuz more anyioxidants.

1000 mg of vitamin C is also helpful if you get sick. L Lyseine Elderberry extract, or tea or syrup. Star Anise boiled for an hour, add a little to your water daily And some zinc, 30 mg daily Tonic water, which has quinine in it.

When I was sick of COVID19, I ate everything! I was so hungry and I drank Dandy lion tea with raw honey, teas with lemon juice, clear liquids. A lot of red meat, I was hungry like an animal! I ate lots of fruits and vegetables everything raw. I wanted olives, jello, TV dinners! I was always hungry. But everything tasted salty. Very strange. I didn’t even have time for social media , I would cook, make tea and sleep. I had major headaches, fevers and chills and body aches. I thought it was going to be worse because I have Fibromyalgia.
