I don't seal my hair with raw pure oil, grease or butter because my scalp doesn't like it. I shampoo and deep condition with an electric heat cap my protective style with extensions every week and then redo my hairline and the top to keep it looking as fresh as possible. I have less build-up, my hair is less dry and my scalp stays healthy that way. I don't mind frizz because my hair is meant to be frizzy trying to make it smooth and sleek all of the time damages it!

Heavy on the deep conditioning before a protective style. That has to be my missing ingredient. That's why I'm left with nothing when I take my braids down 😪
