These almond biscuits are amazing! Everyone thought I bought it from the baker!

In this video I show you how I made this tasty pastry! Many thought I bought it from the bakery, but I made it homemade. There are many ways to bake such a delicious almond cake, but this is the easiest. I hope you will love it as much as I do.

Ingredients:
20 grams of fresh yeast
250 ml lukewarm milk
80 grams of powdered sugar
1 egg
40 grams of butter
30 ml vegetable oil
500 g all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
250 g 30% sour cream or cottage cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp raisins
To sprinkle:
50 g flaked almonds
raisins
For smearing:
1 egg
Melted butter
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 30 minutes on top/bottom heat

You could use cream cheese. If you add an egg in with the cream cheese mix it will bake better. It would be similar to a cheese danish filling.
