In TF2 Rules: Payload are not your main objective until it is 60s left on the clock.

The Objective in general doesn't matter until the game is about to end and you need to extend the timer for the true game mode of team deathmatch.

when ashe was announced everyone was pissed that bob is not a separate character since he's far more avesome and despite of universe there was no push for more omnic (nor for international characters)

Btw, the sniper and Widowmaker are literally 20ft away or shorter. Someone went to those spots on the map and found the distance. Just to make you feel better about your own sniping... or worse depending.

These two Overwatch vs TF2 vids are neat little glimpses into the past, more so for Overwatch given how drastically Overwatch 2 has changed the game. As opposed to tf2 where very little has changed.

Why mess with perfection. TF2 is kept alive by it's community, which is a VERY PASSIONATE COMMUNITY. OW2 was a failure because of Blizz absolutely raging hard-on for competitive gameplay. Everything does not have to be an e-sport. Skill ceiling is so much shorter in OW2 compared to TF2 because the source engine is so jank it allows for so much crazy movement being done. And while yes, I am a TF2 fanboy. I was also an OW1 fanboy.

@@IBeforeAExceptAfterK I mean we're talking bigger picture here instead of some weapon or even map balance. No game is perfect, correct. TF2 compared to OW2 however? In my opinion there's no discussion. The only category OW2 wins is E-sports (which is failing) because Blizzard cannot let games be games.

12:04 be glad torb doesn't have a special weapon of engineers, one of his shotguns can heal his buildings by just firing from a distance and hitting it with a special shot, dont remember its name though, the gun also allows him to pull his building to him long as they are in range

Rescue Ranger. There's also the Frontier Justice: Every kill your Sentry gets gives you 2 shotgun 'Revenge' crits once the Sentry is destroyed.

@@tcp3059 You also get one crit for every Assist your Sentry lands. And let's not forget about the Widowmaker, a shotgun that uses metal as ammo and effectively reloads every time you hit a shot. Engineer might be a light class with only 125HP, but a gun is a gun. If the Engineer with the Widowmaker has good aim and a Medic backing them up, that's capable of being team-wipe material.

I remember stalling for time as wrecking ball once, there was a map, i dont remember which one, where his anchor tether couls phase through the walls in the capture point area, might be miss remembering its been w while, i would anchor then just use the momentum to dodge and stall for time in the wrecking ball form, most i remember from the map was it looked zen and temple like, with a circular structure that held the capture point 4:19

best set for payload was made from 3 reinhardts and 2 bastions (or one bastion and one trobjorn(when he still could set level 3 and give armor)) or historical battles between omnics and crusaders/soldiers

5:53 to be fair I never liked her shield anyway. With the amount of shield durability and relatively short cool down time it had to just spawn a new shield at full power, it was pretty overpowered and made Reinhardt (who was one of my faves) less viable to use.

The hard part about that is getting an overwatch map into source filmmaker. All of the classic tf2 maps are already in source filmmaker (mostly, watch lazy purple's behind the scenes of how it feels to play engineer for a deeper dive into that). It would probably take like 3 years just getting an overwatch map into source filmmaker as you'd have to make all the models and geo in that from scratch.

Orisa she was added to overwatch around 7 years ago back in overwatch 1 Fun fact: For those that don’t know overwatch one was not free to play and a lot of people still have the physical discs for overwatch 1. But if you try to use the disc it just loads up overwatch 2 because overwatch 2 is actually just overwatch 1 but it got updated into overwatch 2.

FINE, since you asked and I've never answered it before. My current snackies is more of a meal, it is home made Chicken Pad Tai with a zest of lime. Spicy, not mild. The bevies would e Sprecher's craft Root Beer in a bottle, since it tastes good and easy to get at Costco. Yay for eating dinner while watching youtube stuff....
