I`ve got 12 iPollo V1 Mini SE WiFi 200Mh@116Watt an they are running pretty fine. GPU Mining forever, but a admixture with Asics will be great. Its important to get the SE Version with 6GB DAG-Size run till 2031. The non SE Version with 3.6GB works till 10 Mai 2024, a really bad buy in my view.

Ethash is the algorithm for etc, eth, ethpow, basically anything in that algorithm.

I mean people were dumping almost 3k in 3090's at desperate times of the shortage.. I think if you believe in ETC then however you mine it it could make sense regardless. A $170 mini for mining 16 months with a potential of ETC rebounding isn't the worst thing assuming ETC even just 2x's or more, ATH seems less likely but crazier things have happened.. I don't know if we bull Kummrocktmoonshot like 2020 ever again... maybe similar but not as juiced as alt season circa 2020.

Just buy 170$ worth of ETC right now and you wont have a paper weight when the Dag time is up. And i still benefit from all time highs. If price goes up, difficulty will go up with it. But with the dag size issue the asic is a paper wieght regardless

You're also disregarding your electricity costs of mining those 6 ETC. Not only did you pay $700 for the ASIC, you also probably paid $100+ in electricity. So the real cost is over $800. Just buying ETC with that money would have been a much better idea.

i dont see how the math works where any of these ROI... like virtually any ASIC... they are all priced to never ROI and if they do in "2 years" by then they wont because there will be 5 other models that have raised the difficulty and such.
