We did this just a few weeks ago too, how cool is it! We didn’t attempt the massive oyster but between Chris and I we ate 24 which is unheard of (for me anyway lol) how good was the green sauce 😍🙌🏻

I used to eat the native oyster in the Northern Territory straight off the rocks. They are beautiful eating. Best fresh without adding anything to them. It's a pretty natural environment so assume they're good quality. The Leeuwin current is amazing going that far to Coffin Bay and beyond to Tassie. Cool couple running the farm tours.

My greatest memory of Coffin Bay, pre oyster era, was calling into a shop for hot water for coffee, on asking cost was told free. Terrific oysters, could hardly prevent drooling, here in the Philippines they are like the large one you ate, but the water is so contaminated you wouldn't dare eating them and I hate cooking them.
