Diagnostic World is terrible for answering emails. I asked: What is the price of the iCarsoft CR MAX when it is shipped out of the UK? Anything shipped out of the UK or the EU has the VAT removed because I'll be paying VAT (HST) in Canada when the item arrives. No response, so I bought it elsewhere cheaper.

BEWARE: I bought the CR MAX thinking it would perform all the Porsche functions + cover other car models, because this video claims that the CR MAX does all the POR V3 functions. This is NOT true...the video is WRONG. You can't do oil reset with the CR MAX for example, so I'm returning the CR MAX and getting the POR V3.
