Yesterday I came across your channel on the 750 Honda top end rebuild which was very valuable to me so I subscribed. Now I hit gold again because I have been looking for turn signals that would not be noticeable when installed on my vintage stock 1968 XLCH Harley Sportster which never came with turn signals. Mmm 🤔 now I have to figure out how and if I can use those tiny turn signals with my stock 1968 Sportster magneto. No battery on these old Sportsters. Thanks again for your great channel. Pure wrenching gold!

Kuryakyn is pronounced curry-ah-kin. They’ve been making stuff for cruiser riders for a long time. Some of it’s cool, some gawdawful. You just solved my taillight/turn signal dilemma on my current KZ650/900 build. Thank you! Edit: LOL, I just discovered they are called “Kellerman” LED lights. Wonk wonk...

The turn signal LEDs are awesome, but not for a "build to sell" bike... yet. As a builder, I love the idea. But "per one each" for the price, they're a little pricey and cut into profit. But they are definitely bright and awesome for a personal ride, if you want turn signals that are nearly invisible when not in use!

When running the ground wire to the headlight bucket did you tie it into the coils then break off from there. Then you use a smaller gauge wire from the coils to the bucket so it will go into wagu connector? Is this accurate?

Taylor, so glad I found your videos. I’m really enjoying following your progress and learning what I need to do to get my 73 cb500 back on the road after 30 years in storage. Kill switches should be red, and very clear in how to shut off power to the bike. If I came up to a crash and had to turn off that bike, the key barrel would need to be exposed, or I wouldn’t be able to shut it down due to a Nintendo cheat code on an unlabeled button.

Your choice of turn signal/tail lights/brake lights is once again disappointing. For true safety, they need to be larger so that they are much more noticeable. Having been previously rear ended on my bike, safety is very important to me. Just because they are functional does not make them safe. I would never use these on any bike that I ride.
