Very lovely woman of God. But please with all humility, no woman is called into the pastoral office( as a pastor). For this is biblically incorrect. She is operating in a false( wrong) office. Biblically, women can not operate in these offices: the office of the Apostle, Pastor, and Teacher. But a woman can operate as a Prophetess, and as an Evangelist. With the spirit of humility, she can humbly go to the Lord in prayers over this issue and I believe that the Holy Spirit will administer unto her. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. God richly bless us all. Amen.

You are right. I am afraid, some places and homes have crises for males/leaders/teachers. A big school in my city has two male teachers 99.9 are female teachers. In some places, males are protecting territories or in business. I think she qualifies to be an Older Woman according to Titus 2:3 to teach sound doctrine. If we sit at the feet of Jesus and learn from Him, He is equiping everyone for the great commission in Matthew 28:19-20 Otherwise, there is only one teacher 2 Timothy 3:16 1 John 2:26 If one is equipped to teach/prophesy/evangelize/heal/rescue... it is for the building up the body of Christ untill all of us come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to maturity...Ephes. 4:12-16 Brothers and sisters who aspire to become teachers are cautioned in James 3:1-7 The slave girl learned the valiant soldier, there are some exceptional situations when one is led to speak out, the camel did not have a right to speak to Balaam but doing all that to the glory of God 1 Cor. 10:31-33

If I may ask, do we still need to use those titles: Pastor, Bishop, Prophet, Apostle... We can be brothers and sisters. For example Sister Elizabeth Mokoro, Sister E. White. This easily reminds us that brothers and sisters are co-heirs in the grace and that we are heirs with Jesus who is our Brother, our Shepherd, our Saviour and Judge

@Nyaboke Kwamboka it is not wrong to have constructive criticism/reproof/correction. Rebuking one another is part of Christian life (growth) and it stimulates learning and unlearning. Sister, Iron sharpens Iron, we have to grow together and begin eating hard food too. Transitioning from milk to meat is uncomfortable but we are getting better that no wind will blow us left or right. Sr. Elizabeth or any other teacher will not be discouraged but will consider Eccles. 12:9-10: weighing and studying because James 3:1 reminds us that misrepresenting Christ to others will lead teachers to be judged with greater strictness. It is not about us (man, woman, youth, child, rich or poor), it is about Christ. A Christian is motivated by the love of Christ not titles or positions or spouse or likes.
