My Dad raised potatoes in the garden, my mom would clean the small potatoes, boil them in salted water, lay them on a sheet pan, smash them with a glass, salt and pepper and butter, everyone got to the table fast for their fair share. I made this without the cheese and bacon. (Because I'm here for a long time!🤣😂). I then used a vegan yogurt with lemon slices and paired it with lemon pepper cauliflower bites and a mint chutney! It was absolutely delicious! I don't eat vegan all the time but your recipes are delish and easy to convert!!! Thanks bruh!!!
