That is the first time I've ever viewed the slicing of a red pepper from inside the red pepper 😆 Very cool. When I saw it was a nine minute video I almost didn't press play but the way your video is shot/video quality and the sound quality were excellent and very relaxing to watch. I actually squeeze out grated potatoes as that reduces the amount of starch in the dish. Grated zucchini mixed with a beaten egg is also an option. The egg will bind the zucchini together.
