Hello everyone! In this video I share with you a fantastic zucchini recipe that I absolutely love! Baked zucchini pie with little dough and lots of zucchini! You can make it for lunch, dinner or a snack and your family will love it! even the little ones will gladly eat vegetables made this way. Very few simple ingredients are needed to prepare this delicious zucchini recipe. Very easy to make, tasty and cheap! Try this delicious zucchini pie and I'm sure you will love it!
Ingrediants:
- 4 zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of milk
- 40 gr of Parmesan cheese
- 120 gr. made with flour
- 1 teaspoon of instant yeast
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

Non ho mai preparato le zucchine, usando anche il lievito, volevo chiedere se uso il lievito secco che si usa per fare la focaccia, va bene lo stesso, cmq una buona ricetta la proverò sicuramente 🤗🤗🤗👍😋 saluti. Una cosa che apprezzo molto da lei chef è che non si dilunga tanto nelle spiegazioni, le sue ricette sono facili e veloci
