Does anyone know why Lemax no longer claims the absorbency of their parts? It has also been eliminated from its general catalog which can be downloaded online.

They turned the comments off of the exclusive video with the mill. Im assuming it's because people complained about it not working! I came across this video while searching for tutorials on how to fix it, if at all possible.

On the rocky river grist mill I’ve seen the water wheel on the side then on other videos it’s in front?

I'm not sure if this will save the two of you money, but I purchased one, and the mill doesn't work. The instructions say the more water you put in, the faster the mill goes. If you look at the reviews, you will see 99% of the mills don't work.
