See, if the deputy mayor was responsibly placed, and reported on their efforts, that could be one thing; e.g. they could frame it as a first time bc they were the first to tackle a workload appropriately and in a silo; however, when the ends are lacking, the means do get the most heavy critique. wishing everyone well. don’t generalize :) analyze the interplay not the presence of a thing, but yeah even given that lens we have a lot we’d want to know like what the deputy did even
