I believe that Tear-Celtic was from LukeVonKarma channel when he played the last gambling event. . That Spellbook Meisei (the vanilla monster) is a real deck. The strategy is to summon Normal Spellcaster monster "Sealmaster Meisei" because this card has 2 supports that basically can be an Imperial Order and Royal Decree, but they need the Vanilla to activate it and stay on the field.

Piercing the darkness is a card that lets you gain the attack of the monster your lv 5 or higher normal monster (or synchro, xyz, fusion, or ritual monster that used a normal monster as material) battles. Also, you draw a card when a normal monster is summoned. It does not target.

As the one whose submissions got you to ask so many questions, I'm honored. 7:15 Piercing the Darkness is basically Honest for any level 5+ vanilla. The opponent attacked into it while it had 1800 ATK, I activated Piercing and liebe lost the battle. 9:01 They used Sphere Mode on me twice to get rid of my board, but were unable to kill. I'm more surprised that you didn't notice the attacking of the balls when they have an effect that prevents it. 10:01 I used Magikey to go into the Link monster first, fusion summon to get Invocation, then synchro for AFD to search Meltdown. Activated that to search Aleister which lets me go into a link climb plus Mechaba.

magikey invoked is my deck for heart of the uderdog format. Ending on abys dweller, Magikey Fiend - Transfurlmine , invoked Mechaba and S/T negate counter trap. decks good but not consistant

0:26 I'm roughly guessing they are running some kind of spellbook deck with meisei (the normal monster ) which let's them use a continuous >spell=negate trap/trap= negate spell . 7:11 has two effect,one of them let's you gain attack when battling with a normal monster or card that uses a normal monster as a material .

Fun fact you can actually make final sigma in swordsoul with moye and a wyrm when you syncroh into Chichao you can choose to banish emergence from deck to summon a token and use the token and chichao to make final sigma

1:36 the normal summon effect of Blackwing Sudri is not mandatory, which means it could be the second effect to tribute a monster to summon a token tuner. Then they could go into Blackwing Nothung to lower flare metal's ATK/DEF by 800 then attack over flare metal only taking 2100 damage and still have a normal summon to be used. only downside is they are locked into synchros.

I was just about to say this as well. The cost requires that they "see" a legal target to bounce. All 3 copies don't actually have to bounce a target once they hit the board.
