I made this last night. It was very good but I thought the meatballs could have done with more flavor. I also would make double the sauce which I did with the leftovers I did add about 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce to the mixture. I then put the remaining meatballs in the sauce and simmered them on the stove for about 15 minutes. I then transferred the pan to the oven at 200deg c until it started to crust over. For the meatballs, I would add these ingredients: 1 teaspoon sage, Worcestershire sauce, dried mustard

Привет из Санкт - Петербурга. Это блюдо скорее можно назвать - ленивые голубцы. Капусту можно нашинковать тоньше и мельче., можно добавить немного риса( любого).

Frikadelle geht aber nochmal gaanz anders - das hier was du gemixt hast ist ein Gemüsepattie mit Hackfleisch drinne - eine echte Frikadelle braucht so nen Schnickschnack an Gemüse überhaupt gar nicht. Weisste Bescheid, nä.
