Think you nailed a bunch. Guerendo is a good sleeper, especially for a team like the Bills who could use a compliment to James Cook. We also agree on the top 2 RBs. Jaylen Wright is no nonsense and Benson is probably the best all over back. Surprised Isaiah Davis didn't get an honorable mention

Went back and watched tape on Guerendo after his combine and I just dont see it. He doesn't play like a 10 RAS. Fits the better athlete than football player. I can see why he's intriguing prospect. I wouldnt draft him before day 3, but maybe he sneaks into end of round 3 with a team that has multiple comp picks and is willing to take a shot on a high reward prospect. IMO he's either going to end up one of the top backs in football or special teams player. There is no middle ground. For me, and I havent finished your video yet. Jaylen Wright, Allen, and Corum are guys that interest me most. All depends on scheme and fit. I'm lower on Brooks than just about everyone else. I just dont see it. I really like Wright because he's so explosive. He's my number 1 back based off what I've seen so far. And as a dark horse is Will Shipley. I feel like he can begin his career as a solid #2. Size isnt a concern. Same size as CMC. Depending on where he lands, he could be a huge asset and he's very overlooked imo. I agree with you on Allen. He reminds me of a poor mans James Conor. I feel like if he can lose weight he could really be a total different back. Similar to Lev Bell. Bell was around 240 in college and dropped to 225 and he became a different guy after his rookie year. Allen isnt as talented as Bell was nor even the same type of runner but if he can increase his acceleration to match his power with long strides he could be a good player. My issue with him is he's going to be a volume type guy at the next level. Not a guy that can come in give you 10 carries and maybe pop 2-3 for a chunk play or td. This class is weird because no blue chippers, and each back is either old or 20. Its wild.
@ultimatescouting
@ultimatescouting 2 ай бұрын
Yeah I agree on almost everything there, Guerrendo still has a long way to go as a runner but I think is incredibly scheme specific. I love the explosiveness of Wright and his age. Allen is a boom or bust type of player, if he can shed some weight and make guys miss a bit more consistently, I think he could be an ever better player than he was in college. Like you said everyone is either a true junior and 20 years old or a 6th year senior and 23/24. I feel like that will play a major impact come draft day as well
@DK-BayBay
@DK-BayBay 2 ай бұрын
@@ultimatescouting I agree. Such a strange class. Many top level people are dunking on this class saying its not that good, but I have a feeling once its all said and done we get 1 pro bowl level talent and 3-5 solid players from this class. Not bad for a group that people are saying is a bunch of day 3 guys with a few day 2 players. A player like Ray Davis who will be 25 really hurts, but same time you're only looking for 1 contract out of rb anyways and his skill set would fit well with a team like KC, Dallas, etc. I feel like he's going to be a very good player for a few years. I'm a Browns fan, so I'd to see them get one of these guys to pair with Chubb and potentially take over going into 2025. Seeing teams value rb in free agency this year probably tells us how they feel about this class vs the position entirely. I could be wrong and maybe they're valuing rb again.

Jaylen Wright is the only one of these 4 that is a explosive weaopn with the film & data to support it. Sorry...I like each of them except for Isaac G but regardless of how much I Tre Benson only Jaylen has the explosion that the nfl is looking for. The nfl is looking for CMC and they're looking for Jamyr. Jaylen is the only one of these capable!

Agree. If he can just fix his upright running.
@rcornellmail
@rcornellmail Ай бұрын
@TylerEubank Yeah he fixed it. He averaged 7.4 ypc while no one else did. I'd say it's fixed. Your run style is your run style bc running is a natural movement. It can't be coached. Coaches say these types of nonsensical things bc they aren't the one running the ball...haha Knowing when to get low and knowing when to get skinny are running back techniques. They're tools. But every runner runs how they run. We've just become a nit picky society so we don't appreciate anything.

Jaylen Wright is the ONLY rb of the 29 combine invitees that has explosive plays on film. Check the data. Tre Benson is good but that medical is a concern for the nfl bc its a severe injury. The nfl likes "weapons" and hes the only one. A few other guys are fast...but not explosive. Imagine what the nfl is gonna do with him when they get a hold of him. Hmmm...a lot more than what Heupel did...hahaha Watch!

How do you say Guerrero or benson aren’t explosive they both are close to elite in that category
@rcornellmail
@rcornellmail 2 ай бұрын
@user-ot5hm6eg7k That's combine testing. That doesn't make you explosive as a rb. That's elite athleticism for Isaac and above average athleticism for Tre. Explosion is big play capability. It's a data point. In the league we call this breakaway ability. 10+ yd runs, 20+, 30+, 40+, or 50+. The data doesn't support it for either one of them but it shows up for Jaylen. No one has a higher percentage of 10+ yard plays, plays over 40, 50, 70, or 80 than him. He lead the nation in yac and he lead power 5 in ypc at 7.4. Isaac is athletic and that's all. Tre Benson is very good and that's all. Jaylen Wright is very good & explosive along with his RAS score he's a weapon like Jamyr.
