@crystalthow5533 Maybe not storage like it would do if you exceed the calorie range. Anyway, it's not a big portion, so it shouldn't be so hard to lose when working out. And also helps a lot for staying consistent in a diet!

@@crystalthow5533 No it won't. Your body doesn't store fat from eating certain foods, but from being in a calorie surplus. You can eat literal junk food and loose weight as long as you remain in a deficit. (Speaking from experience)

I used to drink several sodas a week. What help me finally break that was the ICE sparkling waters! Topo Chicos also helped, and, since they released the flavored cans, it’s been cheaper than the glass bottles. ICE are still overall cheaper. My favorites are the lemonade, orange, and blackberry (the blackberry tastes really close to strawberry soda).

Two things I've done is replace all snacks with air popped popcorn. And replaced 90% of beer with diet pepsi. I know the pop has its issues but its better than 64oz of beer every night. Had a bit of a drinking problem for a while.

If you want to be happy you'll have to overcome sizing your food. One plate of cheese puffs is completely fine if you also count the calories to stay in deficit. Less filling? Yeah. But you are human with cravings.

Most cravings should go ignored because that's what they are. Mindless cravings, which can be filled with something else healthier and more nutritious. But not all of them. Everybody's a human who can allow themselves a single dang craving once in a while.
