Getting filled is easy it’s a gift given to every believer. 1.) Salvation is the first criteria before getting filled with the Holy Spirit 2.) Asking is the second criteria of the Holy Spirit to come within. See Luke 11:13 3.) Acts 2:4 Person begins to speaks, it’s the duty of the person to speak. Open your mouth let the Holy Spirit grant you utterance. A bird is created to fly but until it activates the law of lift in spreading its wings and flapping it’ll never fly, same if you don’t open your mouth to speak. 4.)
