I was separated from my brothers (8 & 10 years older than me) when I was 5. Fast forward to 2003. I found my older brother. He then introduced me to our father and the other brother. We had the same dad, just different moms. I look identical to my oldest brother and we look like our dad. The other brother doesn't. My father got really sick and he needed a piece of liver. I tested but I wasn't enough of a match, close, but too high of a risk. My oldest brother tested the closest but he found out he had serous of the liver. The middle son got tested. He's not even a 1% match. The genetics team then looked at familial genes. I don't share any genetics with him, and my brother only shares some with him. He is not my father's biological son. Fast forward to a couple years ago. My father passed away in may of that year and my oldest brother passed away in June. Our birthdays were together, too. July 5th (me), 6th (brother) & 7th (our father).
