Chance had Eggnog cans instead of beer cans, but the eggnog could have been spiked. The guys definitely have some of that juvenile in them as well. Their behind-the-scenes stuff that many of us Home Fries have seen proves it.

the little tin horn section is part of the original song, however, the ring of fire part (right after little tin horns and little toy drums) is not haha its been thrown in there. these guys are just a bunch of overgrown kids. love it!!

I forgot about that. What I thought of was when on the Sing Off, one of the other groups was saying they need to dance some. The guys admitted they weren’t into choreography, and the n Shawn Stockman said the stayed in the box, jumped out of the box, and jumped back in. Austin said they pretty much do their little shuffle steps, or something, and he made those moves. Either one, this video was so much fun to watch!

This one was a riot! They’re like big kids. DJ, that was Rob towards the end singing his face of all Bluesy/R&B style, which he does so well. Rob’s got some soul!

They were giving a nod to the movie Elf. That's why Chance had the whipped cream, Rob had Skittles, Bastien had chocolate syrup and Tim had cookies. Any sweet plus they did the bit with the jack-in-the-box and added slinkies. The only thing missing was an Etch-o-Sketch. And Santa Claus is Coming Town is the song that they were singing to get the sleigh off the ground in the movie. Most versions of this song don't cover the whole song. HF used more than than most. There's even one more verse they didn't use.

I just went to my first ever live performance of Home Free in Flint, MI last night. It was cold (teens and single digits) and snowing but worth it. They opened with this song. Did you catch when they did the sound of the "toy horn" they mimicked the trumpets in the Johnny Cash song, Ring Of Fire? They do that a lot, throw in parts or phrases from other songs. Flint MI is Adam Bastien's home town so it was quite the celebration. No whip cream however.🤣
