After watching Kripal's show about this place, I decided to visit today around 1 PM. The restaurant was bustling with foodies eagerly waiting to try the food, and a separate crowd was lined up for takeout orders. The menu, displayed on a blackboard, featured all their flagship dishes like mutton pulao and chicken pulao. After a long wait, I finally found a seat at a table already occupied by three other customers. One person had just started eating his dish, which he had waited 40 minutes for, but his second order still hadn't arrived by the time he finished the first. Frustrated, he left after only eating one item. Meanwhile, two other diners, fed up with the slow service, walked out before even placing an order. I sat patiently for 30 minutes before the waiter came to take my order. When I asked for the chicken pulao, I was disappointed to hear that it wasn't available. If they had simply crossed it off the menu list on the blackboard, I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting. While they might serve great food, the service efficiency leaves much to be desired. People are willing to support small businesses, but they need to step up their service to handle that support. Until they do, the hype feels undeserved.

A direct conversation one of the leading hotel owner told me this morning. " Kripal Sir, doesn't pre inform us of his visit. It's hisreasearch and intuition leads him to our restaurants. While he is at our restaurant, he does a honest review and more importantly, pays for each and every dish he chooses from our menu. He simply won't relent to owners request to review restaurants for commercial value. His pure endeavour is to help deserving restaurants scale and showcase their culinary story. Personally, this is my second such writing on food lovers tv on similar lines. My first was around 2020 when a similar conversation happened with me and a leading restaurant in Koramangala. Well, ethics remain consistent and Kripal is a great ambassador for that. Kudos Mr. Kripal and look forward to many more happy wala eating episodes.

Guys whoever comes up with negative reviews, please give when u have a strong reasons like high pricing or poor service or poor hygiene if you feel taste is good not so great but rest all things is taken care please try to avoid to write the negative reviews because the taste varies from one person to another who knows the taste u may have might be a contrast to someone else right the reason y i am telling this they are not some 5 star owners there will be atleast 5 to 6 families that will be running from that hotel keep that in mind, we go to pub and give 1000 ruppee for tasteless chicken 65 i am sure it is not worse than that so please think twice before u put a negative review think about their families thank you 😊

This restaurant was good in the beginning 3 years ago. I saw the positive (is it always positive?) review of a food vlogger and visited this place last week and very disappointed with the fibrous mutton (couldn't swallow it) and the taste. It is certainly deteriorated. If food vlogger gives a false review, they will lose the credibility too.
