So delicious looking thank you for sharing. I wonder why Arnie Texas calls his Tostada, a Chalupa.Ha. To me, his chalupa looks like a Tostada, you know, with a flat corn tortilla. Your chalupa looks exactly what I would think a chicken chalupa should look like.... Crunchy puffy folded in half with all that goodness inside.

Love your channel, cookbook, all your recipes - everything I make of yours turns out perfect- I just have one thing I would like to tell you- next cook book darker bigger print for recipes please? I have to get my little magnifying glass out to see if recipe says 1/2 or 1/3 cup- those are way too tiny I think for reading - just a suggestion - everything is so oerfect you do - cookbook needs a little tweaking to be oerfect too- ask your mom if she can see everything before you publish next book! In Texas, chalupas are fried flat corn tortillas topped with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and beans. They resemble mini Mexican pizzas. Those look like puffy tacos. Different regional names for Mexican food 😂

The chalupas looked good, but I can't eat to many spices, I would only use want I can. Then you added too many spices in sauce. I think I would only be able to use jalapeño salsa and sour cream.But it looks delicious. 😋
