These Chickens Lay The BEST Tasting Eggs

One of our favorite breeds of chickens is the Welsummer. Welsummer chickens (in our experience) can be very docile or somewhat hateful...we've got 1 of each. They are, however, layers of beautiful terra-cotta colored eggs with speckles that taste absolutely amazing. Yes, not all eggs are created equal and the eggs that are laid by these beautiful hens tends to be one of the best.
