I think it's a basic cookie mix that you can add almost anything to it as a fourth ingredient such as peanut butter....chocolate chips...cocoa...coconut. peanuts/walnuts or any type of nuts...endless add ins for a fourth ingredient.

Greetings from Kenya. I make a similar recipe as follows 50g sugar 100g butter salted 150g self raising floor 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tsp milk Method Mix butter sugar milk and vanilla essence by hand round and round till you cant feel the sugar grains. Then sieve the 150g self raising floor and knead till it doesnt stick on you. Make a sausage roll and cut into 15 pieces. Roll into balls and press with hand to flatten slightly. Then bake in oven at 180 for 15 mins till goldeñj
