This. Plus figuring out what you want from people. Seems simple on the surface, but delegation is hard and so is defining expectations. Give people autonomy, trust and the benefit of the doubt - support, but know when to draw the line and be firm but fair. Lead with a smile and positivity, people always respond better - duh, it’s how we all want to be treated. As a manager you’re there to shield people to allow them to do their job, actively managing people should be minimal.

I just go to a mall when there are egg hatching events happening. I've learned that driving around in the car just does NOT register distance as accurately as good old fashioned WALKING AROUND.

I hatched a Larvesta (not shiny), a shiny Turtonator (pretty cool), and like 7 Charcadet (have over 400 candies ATM). So overall not a bad event. Figured I wasn't lucky enough to get shiny Larvesta... but still a fair take on my end.

Been hunting on my and my mom’s acount. I hatched a shiny larvesta on her acount and a 2 hundos (slugma, houndour), 3 shinies (growlithe, litleo female and an insane rockruff that can evolve into dusk lycanroc) on mine

I must have hatched around 30 eggs so far, half of which have been Larvesta, and about 5 Charcadet. I'm not even complaining with the dust and candy I'm getting. I'd settle for good IV ones to evolve, which is my priority, but all of them are terrible. Can't be a coincidence at this point 😅

10km eggs are probably the best bet to get shiny larvesta, basically a 33% chance it hatches so more shiny chances.... Such a shame its a 0.00000001% chance to get a 10km from a pokestop during the event xD i'm usually sick of getting 10kms -_-

The funny thing is they never tell you HOW MUCH they are boosted. For all we know, the odds went from 1 in 500 to 1 in 400. I have no desire to spend anymore money on these "boosted egg" events since they never EVER pan out in my favor.

I love the larvesta boost, and 2x hatch candy. I wish the event lasted longer and included a free timed research to give one or two free incubators, or like one use from field research. The problem is that it’s so hard to hunt Larvesta for free, and last time I got sucked into an egg event was for shiny Riolu and I spent £20 pounds to try and I failed, really do not advise spending on egg events unless your willing to pay a lot if your serious about going for the shiny

If we are talking about management, please try to take indivual need into consideration if the team is small enough. If someone works better with encouragement, try to be that. If someone needs clear, defined instructions on each task, try to be that for them as well. Management is a constint push and pull, and if something isn't working well, try to take the time to figure out what that is. Try to be a leader and set example for work standards, but most importantly, treating your team with respect (and giving them the tools to complete the job) will help boost productivity and overall engagement.
