The County has been modified by a norwegian company "Hymas" into a backhoe loader, but somebody has removed the backhoe.

There's several different auctioneers. The same auctioneers will do the auctions that Euro do in the states or where ever the auction is on the day. It's a worldwide business on a colossal scale.
