Theres a mod called "City development effort - balance overhaul" that adds a new difficulty, which also makes sure that the late game is difficult, and although there arent a lot of mods on the steam workshop, there are a lot more mods on external sites.

Would you say "These Frostlands are MINE to MINE!"? That "relationship rotation" edict reminds me of an old joke: A lawyer, biologist and mathematician are asked what they prefer, a wife or a mistress/lover. Lawyer: Wife. Clear regulations and tax cuts. Biologist: Lover for the biological diversity. Mathematician: Both. If I'm not with my wife, she'll think I'm with my lover. If I'm not with my lover, she'll think I'm with my wife. And that means I have more time for maths.

It's pretty difficult to mod Unreal engine which this game is based upon, that is why you didn't find any mods.
