Absolutely killer spearfishing video. I could taste some bone in AP steaks grilled in lemon pepper and butter. Definitely go with the steel cable on the tether. Thanks for the great video 😊

Solid bro!! You had a lot of white margates around you, something I've noticed we've been getting larger numbers of. Been a minute since I've eaten one.

What a great video. I ran offshore charters out of Anna Maria island, Florida started in 1992, I am a 6 th generation commercial fisherman who got his license. You said something really important about diving area around your account numbers. I used to watch my bottom machine and look for structure while moving to new spots. I dove everything had to see how to fish it better. You’re living a replica of my life in the mid nineties but we didn’t have cameras in our phone. You get to use google earth and I had to rely on loran c. I’ve shot an African pompano, nice fish. Stay safe!

@StevenMiller-cx4rr that must've been awesome back in the day! Tough to find spots but I bet it was way more fishier than it is now! Gotta use every edge we can get!

Great vid Jack, Ric and Derrick good shipmates and divers. Lots of life and great vis on the second half, with pompanos. I was tired watching the first half a couple days ago so will ck that out soon. Great lesson on the line vs the cable and always enjoy the best practices you talk about. Stay safe and well everyone!!

PS: Jack and crew, don't want to offend you guys but ... my guess is the Ocean Queen could have dived down with no wet suit and grabbed any of those fish with bare hands ans wrestled them up to the boat! No buddies needed, no clunky spear guns either. That's why she's the Queen though, I can't expect you mere, mortal, men to do such feats of strength and daring! Long live the Queen!!

Jack i need your help!! I hate to bother you as I know you are busy. I have a problem w my weights. I already added 8 ponds, nos suit, just shorts and still i go down to 15 feet on the bottom and I start floating. Now, when I am at the surface, I feel super heavy. What do i do, do I add more or what do I do! Bare in mind, I dive from the beach, it is around 15 to 20 minute swim to get to the reef, i am 55, good shape, I weight 177 pounds. So i am not sure why i cant sink. Before i barely needed weight and now,… Any advice? Thanks!!!
