With these tag units done so beautifully I would like a tag GT android 17 that has like a mechanic like SSJ2 Vegeta and SSJ3 Goku, but this eventually makes them transform into Super 17 like in the anime. This is prob too much to ask for considering when Dokkan did it they made him good, but gave him a crappy team.

What's your main team? If that team just recently got really buffed and you really like the ginyu force, I would say summon if you have like 15k to 20k cc. You can build their entire team from this banner and the ginyu force team has no LF's so it's going to be easier to get them. If you do summon, don't do it now, wait until their banner is almost over and try to see if we get information about the next units.
