Clicked on your channel by mistake ( fat fingers lol) and was absolutely mesmerized by the photos! Since then I have been binge watching and did subscibe immediately. I really like how you give the description inbig bold letters and then let us look at the pic. The one with the photo of the soldier taken before and after the war haunts me still. I don't know why, but i always love seeing these. The Manhattan Project one was really funny & the Ireland photo made me realize you never heard much about Ireland's involvement in WWII

Loved seeing Chaplin as a kid (THE kid came later). A great mix of photos. Jimmy Stewart was awesome and that last image of Manhattan was spectacular.

I really love all your photos that you share with us, but I have a couple of suggestions that would even make it much better, if you don't mind me giving you my 2 cents! If you could make the white band with the explanation of each photo a little smaller (not too small, just a little bit) cause it takes away from the photos....and if you could leave it up a couple seconds longer.....your presentation would be perfect. Thank you, so much!!

Thank you for your comment. Suggestions are always welcome. Thats how this channel improves. However, with regards to banner size and length, early on I tried different things and no matter what i did there was always someone who didn't like it. So, I just went with what the majority seemed to prefer. Unfortunately, it's impossible to please everyone. There's 8 seconds of banner and 7 seconds of just photo. Most people pause after the banner to get a longer look at the photo (including me sometimes ...lol). Hope this helps.

Keeping quiet about the manhattan project was no joke. My sister worked at the Hanford site in records. The people working on it were flown in on planes and by bus without windows, blindfolded when transferring. Then they stayed on site. No transferring out unless authorized and taken out the same way. The records are still there. Try and get in
