Big reason why i dont look at DR Horton is the entey level doesnt have a tub. Im kt that old lol im 33 but I like a soak with some candles from time to time

Most builders tend to go oversized showers in the smaller products but it’s been my experience that they give you a couple with a tub in each section. But you may be right. Those are usually on the wider homes.

@@aaronlathan I've found that other builders at least have an option for a combo but from what I've seen with DR, it's Shower on nothing with the smaller plans. I do have some saved in my HAR website though lol the price really can't be beat, but definitely nervous about their reputation in other areas.

Your house is only as good as the project manager and the crews building it. No matter the builder. I’ve never had issues with DR. But they’re a national builder so I know not everyone has had a great experience

15 minute ish. No hiking trails. There are sidewalks throughout the community and lakes with trails though.

Correct. And the community is like 3000 acres and stretches to the original Katy community. Lots of room to bike around

In terms of a specific house buildout, It’s all inventory so they typically have every layout between 30-60 days out before they offer it to the general public. In terms of how long they’ll be building out there I’m not sure.
