Friends! Many of you asked in the comments how I make lard. Meet a simple, uncomplicated recipe!

Where to apply it next? Yes, anywhere! In a frying pan - for frying vegetables, meat, croutons, and just spread on a sandwich, etc.! Lard is internal pork fat obtained by simmering. And the leftovers (“cracklings”) will be used for pate, dumplings, pies... oh, it’s the owner’s imagination!
From 2.4 kg of lard, the yield is approximately 2 liters of pure lard, 0.5 liters of cracklings.
Let's not forget about contraindications. Everyone knows what they can do, everyone has their own “in moderation”.
