My brothers live in a mobile home and it has about 3ft of space between the trailer floor and the ground. My brothers noticed a female giving birth to kittens under their house. My brothers went all out making small 8 small hutches that they placed under their home and put a big litter box over their septic tank. They now have a small colony of cats they support and working with a local vet who volunteers his services (Thanks Dr. Dan..you da man) they spay and nuter the animals that stay in the colony. There a few that come and go...mostly alpha males who are harder to catch...but that life. I wish I was living with them...but Boston stopped me from being a FloridaMan

If I lived there, I would be taking them home and then going back every day, but this isn't a good solution because uncaring people will keep throwing out their cats and kittens.
