That Bruan light is amazing. I've got a couple. The charge will last a whole shift

I really enjoyed your list! I'm a wood guy so I'm not going ti relate much to the mechanics side of things but it's nice hearing where to begin.

I do a bit of woodworking myself. Maybe a good idea for a future video. Thanks for watching.

I absolutely agree! Hobo freight rocks! I was looking for shorty wrenches. Crafstman were $56 each for metric and standard. I got boths tsd and metric wrenches at Hobo Freight for $13.

I have the icon light, I love it. I use it everyday, only thing is that it does get uncomfortably hot and you have to charge it with a fast charger

Great list another item I buy from harbor freight a lot are there impact cut resistant gloves. When they are on sale they are pretty cheap. They aren't better than mechanix gloves, but they are pretty good

Good call. Those weren't on my radar. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for listing the safety glasses. I've had too many close calls. Now I try to remember to wear my safety glasses when I work.

There's a multimeter the 1000 that has a magnet that is not on the package or instructions. I'm very pleased with the tool. The Harbor Freight that I go to they greet me my name. Last century I used to work on my own car. Can't body is shot. I had a Pinto that I was beating Corvette off the line. Craftsman pro tools. Pre B+D sets. I'm in an HOA so working on anything is a crap shoot Ever seen a Worx switch driver? They now have a brunchless one. Handy for drilling holes and putting in screws with a quick twist.

I have seen the Works switch driver. Always wondered if it was any good. Now I know. As I get older it's getting harder to crawl around under cars. I still push myself and do it but Its not as easy for sure. Thank you for watching!

The torque wrenches do very good. All made by precision tool, high quality used big names big price . Very accurate.

Does the icon light use rechargeable 18650 batteries or does it come with a built in battery?
@kubiedoesit24 күн бұрын

Massive black Friday sale starting 11/25 for ITC members. I have been waiting to buy ICON sockets and they are going to be 40% off starting next Monday, I hope I can pick up some and try not to spend to much money. I was looking into the ICON ratcheting wrenches but I think the Gear Wrench 32 piece set from Tractor Supply for $100 might be a better deal. You get 20 regular size and 12 stubby for $99. Or you can just get the 20 piece for $64 right now. What do you guys think would be a better product to buy? I have not used either yet. The one brand that I wish I would of stayed away from was Milwaukee. I have spent so much money on Milwaukee power tools and I love each one and they do get used, but I did buy a couple just because I wanted then and did not really need them. The right angle 3/8 impact and the right angle dye grinder. I do love them but there was no need to buy them. You guys need to be carful because you can get really deep in debt. I am glad I do not have any credit cards for Home Depot or Harbor Freight or I would be in some serious trouble. LOL At least I can say EVERY Milwaukee power tool I purchased over this past year I used a debit card and tried to mostly buy on sales or do the Home Depot Hack and buy a combo for the tool and return the batteries and get some money back.

I wish they would take the braun articulation and make the icon flip light with it. I have, and love, both but the braun is nice with the way it articulates.
@kubiedoesitАй бұрын
Good point. I don't own the Braun but I have seen how it articulates. Thanks for watching.

A caution about multimeters. The test leads on the cheap meters are awful. These leads are worse than cheaply made. Be very careful when used. Tugging or twisting will pull them apart in a heartbeat. A real help for them is to crimp an alligator clip onto the probes. It makes up for not having a third hand when using the meter.
