Nahi ja sakte after study ke baad. Sirf ek case mai ja sakte ho jab unko sponsored job miljaye jo tier 2 work visa hota hai after study. Student aur PSW Graduate visa par spouse nahi ja sakta. Abhi time hai dependant visa laga lo paisa ka itezam karlo nahi toh jan 2024 ke baad nahi hoga jab tak unko work visa nahi milta.

Phir toh bhai jan 2024 mai toh band kar rahe hai aur dependant ke liye funds hona zaroori hai nahi toh UKVI seeda refuse karte hai dependent. Woh nahi sunte kisi ki problem unko toh bas paper purre chahiye. Better yeh hi hai ke aagar funds nahi ho rahe dependent ke toh student visa laga lo aur ek saal baad after graduation try karo work visa ka kyun jaise hi unko milgeya aapko bhi dependent mil jayega aur aapko koi funds bhi nahi dekhna padega kyun work visa hai.

Yes you can bring your spouse. He/she will get same duration of Visa length as your Work Visa tier 2. He/she can also work and live with you. You will have to prove that he/she is your spouse and you have to have a sponsored job and earn above £26,000

Don’t panic ek kam karo aapko UKVI ke appplication ke receipt hai aur uss pe mention reference no woh aur application payment receipt aap aapne university ko bhej do bol ke ki mera toh yeh date se application processing mai hai aur unko bolo ki woh late registration karde aapka. Tension Matt lo Ek baar university CAS De deti hai woh aise hi nahi aapko university se bhaar nikal sakte until ko full reason na ho jaise ki VISA refuse hojata hai. You are in safe hands aapka abhi result nahi aaya hai VISA ka toh wait karo. Aap ek paid inquiry bhi kar sakte ho jiss se aapko aapki application kider hai pata chal jaye. Student with dependent VISA ka wait aaj kal zada hai kyun ki Jan 2024 intake se ban karne wale hai isiliye. Anyways best of luck to u both
