The real secret to replicating frozen gold by BMW is to ceramic bead polish the wheels, then apply a gold top coat (clear) thats what gives them the depth and reflective look whilst retaining the satin finish. Base coat painting them will always give a flat impression unfortunately.

You can do the frozen gold. The wheel needs to be stripped, chromed and ball polished before applying the gold top coat.
