I had a problem with the elbow. The mechanics are paramount. As soon as I fixed that elbow, my shot percentage skyrocketed

@@Jordan4T I intentionally added an additional motion to the beginning of my shot, pushing my elbow into my rib cage before beginning my shooting motion. Continue doing it for hundreds of reps, everything change you get until it’s muscle memory. Now it’s become second nature so I don’t have to consciously think about where my elbow is during my shot

What I did to fix coming up short on my threes was I pulled my elbow up till I felt tension in my tricep then I shoot
