@@bryceaugust3329 Zach Lavine has been some of my best takes. I think it stemmed from liking the young TWolves team but actually disliking Zach. I was watching for KAT. The first time I really noticed Zach it was because he was playing awful. He had 2 or 3 travels in the same game. He just started running without dribbling...so I couldn't stand him. I thought he was just a dunker and absolutely nothing else. No skill at all. But the next year he comes in and looks like a whole new player. He's doing things he wouldn't have even attempted the year before. So I immediately switched on him...I could tell he put in a ton of work in the off-season. So when we make the traded for him and a lot of Bulls fans hated the trade, I said I think we got a really solid deal. Zach is going to be really good. He wants to be great. Then came his contract extension...and it seemed like EVERYONE hated it... The media was talking shit. I said I think it turns out to be a bargain. Zach is gonna be a star. Then Booker signed a max contract and I told everyone I would rather have Zach on his contract than Booker on a max. (I wasn't saying Zach was better...just that it was close enough that the difference in money tipped the scales for me).

After the bubble season I told a Celtics fan that centers in the league are irrelevant, that you don't need an embiid or jokic to win games and that your center can be Aron Baynes and you'll still be fine, later that off-season the raptors pick up Aron Baynes and I watched some of the worst center minutes in my entire life and Jokic and Embiid were top 3 in the MVP voting 🤡

One of my worst takes would include the fact that I thought Darius Garland would be a bust and wouldn’t work out at all for the Cavaliers. 2 years later she’s absolutely killing it. Another one would be that I didn’t think the warriors would be good this year. Or at least not as good as they’ve been. I thought they’d be in the play in spot by the time Klay came back, and I was so wrong. Something that I was right about though, which I’ll add to make myself look better, was that I told everyone that Derozan to the Bulls was a great deal and that Chicago was going to be a great team, at least a top 4 seed, and that Derozan was going to be a great player for them, and I knew that because Derozan was awesome in San Antonio and was possibly the most overlooked player in the league during his time there.

I don't know about my Bad takes But I have 1 that I was right about from a previous season and a bold one for this one, Back when we came back to the bubble in Orlando I thought that the Lakers were taking it easy when we were losing and they were and turned it to Eleven when the play-offs started and I think it's the same thing now they want to take it easy and keep an alright record and then turn it on towards the end when Everyone is Healthy and get number 18

One great take from me: I remember watching Jimmy Butler in his rookie season. The Bulls were getting blown out by the Hawks. Thibs threw the 3rd stringers in along with Jimmy. Jimmy forced the Hawks to put their starters back in. I then said that once he gets regular playing time, was going to become a multiple time all-star.
