I know we're mostly right shot stick demons.. but I'm telling you gang. Left stick + ⏹ (or X on Xbox). In my honest opinion. Gives you the greatest control, on triggering the jumpshot you want. Especially, the movement ones. Alla the side step, step back, and step in jumpers.

If I want to do a double cross on a fast break or transition situation do I have to the switch back combo input because the old 2K23 and older input is not working. Also looks like the double cross animation is under “crossover combo” for sigs

Hi Kevin, why did they remove the drag back/ snatch back? I'm playing Myteam is it just because the cards are so bad right now or will it be the same when better cards come out?

The way drag backs were used last year it probably made sense to tone them down and remove them from some players. Other players still have a version of it but its not as effective

Hi Kevin, love you videos since 2k23! One of the sauciest 2k players out there - the creativity is insane! Wanted to ask since I play on current gen (PC) - I can't seem to trigger the same Double BTB animations using switch back combos with fox nor curry (flicking to non ball hand and back, no R2 used). Is this a next gen animation only? Or am I doing something wrong?. I only get the other animation when flicking ballhand to non-ball hand. Thanks for your help!

Man, I got to figure those out too! But what play style you using? If you’re stand still shooter might want to make it at least 75. But its not something I looked into yet. Layups are really fun this year, if you’re gonna slash, get it to a point where you can get some of those finishing badges. Pro touch, scooper, float game, or any that fit your play style!

Just push the left stick up and towards your non ball hand while holding turbo, but it means you’re likely bursting at the wrong time. Try going earlier or later, burst windows are pretty strict this year

Turning the meter off adds a good boost so I’d start there. Then it just takes getting familiar with animations and having the right badges and ratings. Just put more reps in man! It’ll get easier with time!
