Gradey Dick has been incredible, was terrible to begin last year, then the coaching staff during the season put him through a 6 week program between NBA and G-League and he came back for the 2nd half of the season playing great, and now your seeing it even more so in year 2, I wonder if they’ll do the same for Ja’Kobe Walter

I got my mom into the Raptors a few years ago after I had been supporting them for a decade, and she was disappointed with Gradey last season. I told her there was another 13th overall draft pick who had a subpar rookie year. A wing like Gradey who was full of raw offensive potential. That player’s name was Kobe Bryant
@R.B.9019 күн бұрын
It seems obvious the Raptors are tank8ng for flagg with all these "injuries" but even if they dont get him i like this core. Barnes, Barrett, Quickley n Dick are 4 solid peices to build around. N if they do get a top 5 pick with their drsfting ability they could add that 5th peice. Tbh even their 2nd round picks this year are giving them solid minutes.
@lukedowsing953219 күн бұрын
what are you even talking about they're definitely not obviously tanking and faking injuries, scottie legitimately got elbowed in the face and is out as well as quickley who bruised his hip. idk why they'd fake bruce brown and kelly injuries when we probably want to trade bruce and play kelly who we traded for. agree tho that this core is very good as well as jakobe, shead, mogbo, and chomche

you’re an idiot if you think a broken orbital bone is a fake injury lmfao 😂you the type of moron that would call in for work for a back cramp and complain a player ain’t playing with a strained oblique
@macdoodles379019 күн бұрын
@@R.B.90No, he’s absolutely right… Barnes has a fractured orbital bones after getting a monster elbow from Jokic, and Quickley went down hard on his hip after getting his legs taken out from under him (I figured he was injured after seeing his hit the court). Those ain’t fake injuries. Now… Are they really concerned about making a playoff push or play-in push? No… I’d agree that that isn’t what this year is about and that they just want to develop.

Gradey started the year off pretty bad last year, and while I didn’t give up on him, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried because the one thing we knew he had going for him was his jumper and that looked horrible. However, he had an amazing end to last year, and I expected a sophomore leap this year with some of our guard/wing depth gone so Gradey would get more PT, but I didn’t expect the leap to be to this extent. He looks like he could be the next Klay Thompson with how it’s going right now. He’s been impressive on the defensive end too, and that is something that can’t be seen through the stats

You’re completely OVERLOOKING and sleeping on Cason Wallace… This dude is a star… if you put Cason on a team like Toronto or San Antonio, he would be one of the top scorers on that team. Plus he’s an ELITE defender.
@rabeechowdhury18 күн бұрын
Cason wallace is just your generic small guard. There is just way too much competition at the guard position especially given his size. You selling Wallace as the second coming of Steph Curry and Jrue Holiday put together doesn't help his case either.
@Jbeaming117 күн бұрын
You have not watched enough Toronto or Spurs games to be making a comment like that and Cason is not that nice offensively.
