My point is the draft projection system could be better, instead just rely on overall it also rely on player production in his carrer, like my 88 overall guard never touch a filed in his junior and senior year cause i had like 3 90+ overall guard that season, but instead of that the 88 overall guard still got drafted to 3 round and my 86 defensive end not even make the draft when leading nation in sacks.

Recruiting is so simple. Just recruit 10-15 players who r interested and almost a lock to come to u and go full go. Then once they commit (if u r a 3 star program) go look for 4 stars that rnt being recruited go full force on them and then scout 3 stars who rnt being recruit and if u find gems go full force on them. If u r a 2 start program u just lower your targets by a star. It’s really not complicated at all. There is always 2-4 star gems and nongems who rnt being recruited for some reason and if you offer them before anyone else u can usually get them. U realistically only need around 20-25 recruits anyways then u can aim for 5-10 transfers which will put u around 30+ new players which should cover everyone u lose and build your roster

My very first season I recruited a 6'5" athlete gem , 98 speed , 98 acceleration 97 throw power I played my friend in the Natty he tried spying n all was nothing he could do, I'm 3 seasons in now and he's a 93 overall 99 carrying 94 bc vision, i look at his attributes, he literally can play every skill position on the field , wr , Cb etc gone hate to see him go

I’ve had an elite dev qb throw for 60tds 3 ints and win the championship and going into his RS SO season he barely went from an 84 to an 88 after an all time season. Dude should be a 97+ . On field results should be the biggest factor then training for your development players . This game is a good start but they need to fix the little things like this goi g forward

I only sign gems. Ive havent had a recuriting class of more that 22, but when its 22 gems, you dont need to encourge trasfers, a 3 star gem is better in the long run then a standard 4 star. In my opinion

Gems don’t necessarily mean they are going to be good. Just about everything is variable in this game. You can have an elite Dev bust you can also have a 3 star Stud.

The ONLY thing that matters is the “training results” always save before National signing day then reload the “training results” several times till it gives you good boosts. All the stars and Gems don’t mean shit unless they actually get chosen for the boosts. I’ve had nearly 20 Freshman hit +90 overall with one training. Sometimes they don’t do fuck all. Then all you really wanna do is get the CEO and spend 18 on “first rounders are less likely to go pro” and they stay year after year until they are gone. Sometimes they are just to good but that’s like a 96 overall and higher. Sometimes they even stay.

Alright, not only did you get to subscribe to the channel with this video BUT I've also restarted my rebuild with this theory! Ive watched a coupke of your videos and i apologize if i missed it but, is there anywhere that talks about what the influence bar actually means? Sometimes its not fully colored in, what does that mean , what does the shaded but not fully colored in part mean? Now, I'm gonna drop a small tip for ya to make recruiting even easier and again, my apologies if u mentioned this before and i missed it, but here is what has made recruiting a TON easier. Its not a glitch but its a small work around,,,, Start a season out and pick the 5 to 10 recruits that you REALLY want and Send The House for recruiting on the opening week. Then create a save point. Simulate to the end of the season. Chances are u did not get the recruit BUT what it will reveal is their top 3 choices. Write those down, take a photo, whatever. Now go back a load the savepoint fron the beginning of the season and when a recuit picks his top 5 schools, hit them with the Hard Sell and put in his top choices (they probably wont even be revealed yet but they do NOT change fron when you simulated the season). It gives you a MASSIVE heads start and most of the time puts you in first for recruiting!! Feel free to make a video about this method if you want, just give me a shout out! Really depends on a lot of things . You can upgrade your coach and get good assists that will help player progress a lot . But each play does have different potential. A lot of stuff we are still learning

Recruiting is easy yal might have to start over I got 20 5⭐️bt it has alot to do with your head coach turn coach firing off u will building them nd they will leave eventually I schedule visits on the 3rd or 4th week make recruiter only 5⭐️ for the first 3 or 4 weeks u if u make a target list of bout 18 -20 5⭐️ in the off season ull start with 1000 points that’s enough to put 50 on everybody might have to take it to 55 or 60 more ur points around -5 or -10 depends on how far down u are on they list ima drop my coach perks im not KZbinr bt im the goat i get 16-19 5 ⭐️ every year u have to have a power 5 school for this to work

So I was doing an Army rebuild and selected the Big Apple pipeline that includes New York. However, when I did the recruiting the only states that gave me any pipeline ratings were like Texas and Oklahoma (which were 1 or 2’s) and New York players had no pipeline rating. So of course I missed out on a couple of 4 star athletes from New York in tight races where pipeline could have helped. Can someone explain why this happened and if it’s tied to me being a brand new offensive coordinator or coach?
