An official battle simulator is exactly what we need. We need it now more than ever. The setting would be similar to PBR where it would take place on an island. But the island would be big enough to have over 22 colosseums and will have mini-games. The lore behind the island would be that it was rebuilt by the same people who created the Battle Frontier to be bigger and better than Poketopia and was named Neo Poketopia.

We'll have to wait and see. Again.... we could just have a year off from mainline games, like that one time back in 2015 when there was no Mainline Pokémon Game following after the release of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire back in 2014 and before the release of Sun and Moon in 2016.

ILCA is not the reason BD/SP remakes were bad. It was still game Freak's decision to have it remade faithfully.

I don’t care what anybody says about BDSP it has still probably been one of my favorite games to do challenge runs on just because the elite four is actually a challenge in this game. Also, it’s easy to transfer Pokémon from other generations there too.

Pla pla pla. 🥱 Yes the problem wasn’t obviously *only* Ilca. But they made the buggy game, they couldn’t meet the deadline resulting in unfinished game being released, decisions like some *obvious* Platinum content being missing, like the upgraded Poketch is 100% on Ilca, not Game Freak (those things are Ilca not able to think for themselves and taking the guideline ”faithful remake” too literally), making exp share for full team without option to shut it off, but then not designing the game around it to match that change making the game stupid easy, is Ilca’s fault. Game Freak was directing it on the macro, like D/P remake, no distrotion world, etc. But the buggy, unfinished end result with *literal same problems of D/P which were fixed in Platinum already, is all still on Ilca Stop lying to yourself, they weren’t 100% the problem, but they did not do a good job, period

Also the game was not that buggy, I literally never encountered nothing harmful. Scarlet and Violet have twice the bugs and performance issues and they were made by GF.

Gen 5 is only widely anticipated if you forgot they gave them direct sequels. I do expect them soon, I never expected them in this next cycle, I always thought this is where they might change up the releases on us to make them less predictable. I do want gen 5 btw, I think a Legends game set in Unova would be by far the most epic, because they could tell THE story, and frankly that story is the best one Pokemon has ever told.... But waiting to do it after they've smoothed over the issues that have cropped up or even waiting until the switch 2 to give it more juice absolutely makes sense to me.

A new Pokémon Stadium is exactly what I have been wanting for many years. The Anime and Showdown already show it is both canon and viable to mash all the gimmicks into one format. Now that it was seen by all who watch the show, we all want to be able to. I do want the Announcer, I do want him to go ham with the narration just like the first two, but I do want everyone else to have the option to choose what he announces on to trim down his chattiness. Being able to just pick up and play with [Battle Now] and its premade balanced teams is also a big bonus to getting new players into battling without them having to worry about the more complicated parts they'll learn in the main game or in... Earl's Pokémon Academy, this little side feature of the Stadium games was an excellent interactive library of everything you needed to know, as well as specifically themed training matches to interactively showcase exactly what it is trying to teach you. One other route could be a stadium in the Pokémon World game, the one not yet made which will have all the regions.

I’d love to see a new stadium game. That supports ALL Pokémon! Have it essentially be showdown.. transfer any Pokémon in from home, or use rentals (rentals don’t have to have every single Pokémon though, that would be crazy) but if it supported all Pokémon, and let us battle, and play mini games? Perfect! And since they don’t have to really create a world or storyline, they can focus that energy on making it able to support all 1000+ Pokémon! It’s a win-win! People that are upset the main games don’t support them can still play with all their Pokémon that have been stuck.

Honestly, it would make the most sense for them to create a remake of older games like Pokemon Colosseum or Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness, the games are pretty old now and are widely considered to be cult classics on the gamecube.

I do believe that the Pokémon company is going to release something for Joto’s 25th anniversary it’s just bound to happen, that said I also think that a Pokémon Stadium game may also be in development but I would really like to see a port of all three games such as Pokémon Stadium, Stadium 2, and battle Revolution, just to give those that never experience those games a chance to play them again, with some new HD graphics and everything that you said, plus the ability to go back between old graphics and new graphics to show with the games looked like back in the day.

I’m not really excited for Pokémon games. scarlet and violet were supposed to be game changing and it had a good story line with amazing design Latin, but it was a mess in game development and gameplay. I remember seeing a trailer about the game and I remember the grass had a lot more detail and now it awful. Any thoughts on how game freak should stop making Pokémon games
