Sorry for asking this here but...does it matter if I get a cheap UV or Blacklight (they're not the same) flashlight to check my old cards? I can barely find any blacklight ones specifically here, though, but I read those are generally better. And couldn't ask this on reddit because it was against their rules. Quick answer appreciated.

I think if you know it’s fake and it says it’s custom then it’s ok. But, if the people who sell it try and say it’s official would be illegal. So it depends what each product people say about them. In my opinion

That one Pikachu mashup on the box wearing the glasses is Arare-chan. It's from the manga/anime Dr. Slump and was created by Toriyama Akira, the same guy that brought us Dragon Ball and Dragon Quest.
