These Ranchers Exemplify What Most Ranchers Should Strive For

I happened across a video on KZbin recently, and was very impressed with the ranchers. The Ranch I'm talking about is the Hashknife Ranch. The link to their channel, and to the specific post are below.
The post from the Hashknife Ranch goes into detail on finishing their steers and heifers on grain. However, by describing the process, you can see the dedication these guys have towards the not only the life they lead, the heritage they continue with, but the cattle themselves.

Most people don't have any idea what it takes to get the beef they eat onto the table. Its a way of life, and countless hours caring for the animals, in some of the worst weather and conditions possible. Your video really showed all the work and dedication you have to ensure you not only put out the best quality product, but that you treat the animals with dignity and respect. That spoke volumes to me.
