I remember I used to get a little bit salty when I would get sunk while flying reaper (this was when I first started playing) and didn’t have any loot. It wasn’t until I started to get an understanding of the game that I made the connection. I now live by the saying “it ain’t your loot until it’s turned in”

This reminds me of an unsavory crew of guys we rammed with our burning galleon, they were saying a myriad of awful things so we messed with them a bit, they tried to return and sink us but they failed. They all yelled obscenities on the ferry at some poor guy that was just chilling there so he was against them like us. We trolled them a bit on the ferry after the final sink, and that was it. His squeaky voice gave me a headache

Literally the one emissary designed for pvp, cant handle it when people bring them PVP. Guildmates encountered reaper-raised crew that had been fishing that got pissed off for someone coming to attack them. I dont understand it. Dont raise reapers, if you cant handle the spice.

It sucks that there is still a lot of PVE and solo aspects that you will still have to do in the Higher Seas servers and that "Hur Dur! JuSt gO pLaY oN SaFeR SeAs!" notion is going to get worn out very quickly. But hopefully this will filter out the butt hurts that are shocked when they get attacked and lose their collective sh*t

Honestly. I find it rich how the PvP guys are accused of being toxic, yet it's the people who exclusively PvE are the real toxic ones. My guy, if you run reapers or do FotD, expect someone to attack you, and don't be a dick when it happens. Expecting easy, high value treasure in this game designed with PvP in mind is just pure entitlement.

True. I've never met someone good at this game that's involved heavily in pvp that was toxic. Even back in arena the TDM community was super chill and welcoming. Even tho the PVE community was so certain all double gunners were toxic 🤣

I can understand his frustration sometimes people want to just lvl up a certain emissary sometimes it just because reapers have the pvp status and is the only emissary that is ment for pvp. But I feel like there are a certain group of people that just want to lvl it up for cosmetics.

Regardless of reason for putting up the flag or ANY emissary flag extra reward comes with extra risk, the game literally tells you that you are a valuable prize for other crews with an emissary flying

Follow me for a second... a one piece season with an event that will carry on forever. First off add the grand line to the sea of thieves, then add the one piece!!! The grand line can be a pocket dimension but with pvp required, fight for the one piece.... the one piece will be a piece of treasure that curses your boat with gold (marks it on the map)!!! It will be a piece of treasure that cannot be sold, but instead adds a .5 to your multipliers for emmissary, and .25 for any allies loyal to the pirate king(pirate king can choose to keep or kick allies). It makes you king of the pirates, and people can fight over the title of pirate King, do commendations for sinking attacking ships. it will create a movable king of the hill game that you can take out into the open seas where you can continue to take on enemy ships defending your title as pirate king, and only one allowed per server. As far as the luffy mixing into the sea of thieves the shroud takes devilfruit powers leaving them with their true pirate instinct. The one piece is luffys dream like guy brush had his dream world. So the one piece is luffys imagined piece of treasure... which could be something even silly like a big golden turkey leg, or a crown if you wanted to be more direct. With or without the story of one piece this would be an awesome game mechanic, that would change things for a long time I feel this also gives the pve'ers who's biggest goal is to bring in the largest haul ever an end goal that would involve pvp into the world of pve fans in a way they would be willing to work for, maybe even flood into hourglass to improve their pvp skills so they can bring home the one piece and maintain their title as king of the pirates!!!!
