My number 1 tip is to change your monitor res to 1080p and then use TAAU super resoltion type and render scale to 50%, it might sound like it will look garbage but it doesnt, and it will massively higher your fps and decease input lag, which is all i care about

Easy swing on is crazy no offense. Turning it off gives you an extra ability (Web Zipp) and generally gives you more control over web swinging.

How did you get the NVIDIA setting to pop up? Mine is nvidia and doesent even offer it on the game

Make sure you have NVIDIA drivers installed! I believe there is a general, required one and a "game ready" one. If you're playing games then make sure you have both installed! (That's from memory!). Another issue may be if you have a decently old NVIDIA GPU the settings may not be supported.
