Hypothetically speaking, since the upper is basically plastic, you should be able to lace these up tight and heat them with a blow dryer / heat gun and mold these to your upper foot geometry creating an upper perfectly contoured to your foot. Slap in a good orthotic insole and you got a great basketball shoe. Move insoles by Dame Dolla are awesome.
